I initially used many keywords (about 37,000-38,000). After a month (and by using competitive bids) I saw which keywords received zero impressions and I deleted them. You don't have to waste your time with them.

I have included in a zip file all the keywords that generated impressions. They are broken up in categories like "weight loss", "lose weight", "diet" and "lose pounds". You will be able to download them on the next page and start driving traffic instantly.

I also used several ads. After a while, I deleted the ones that weren't getting the best CTR (Click Through Rate). On the next page, you will be able to download the best-performing ads.
